Innovative Software Makes Property Searching Easy
With foreclosures increasing at an unprecedented rate, My e Biz has re-engineered Foreclosure Alert, Dean Graziosi's foreclosure listings software.
"Now is the golden opportunity to invest in real estate by purchasing foreclosures," says Graziosi. "I want to provide my students with as many tools as possible to locate deals and understand how to purchase them. The new Foreclosure Alert database provides investors access to more foreclosure properties than ever before and is much easier and more cost effective than any of the competitive services I've personally tested."
Graziosi, one of the nations leading experts in the real estate market, outsources Foreclosure Alerts' development and updates to My e Biz. My e Biz added a whole new database to the Foreclosure Alert software, allowing customers more foreclosure listings than ever before. The Foreclosure Alert software also provides numerous state-of-the-art features including a mapping feature that has integrated Virtual Earth and Google Earth, allowing customers to view properties quickly and easily, and the community profile feature which provides customers with unique statistics on education, tax rates, and crime in the area where each property is located.
Foreclosure Alert is part of a suite of informative, educational, and practical products sold by Graziosi, targeted at both novice and experienced real estate investors looking to cash in on the unique foreclosure market. According to CNNMoney.com, more than one million homes are now in foreclosure, the highest rate ever recorded. That's up from the 2% of loans, or about 938,000 homes, that were in foreclosure at the end of 2007. That number will continue to climb, making this a better time than ever to invest in foreclosure properties.

Additionally, a new tracking system was setup to monitor how many times the in-stock button is clicked for a particular product. This will help identify the popular products and ensure they are always kept in-stock. Lastly, the platforms had some general maintenance done to better improve performance.
